Our Doctor

Dr. Franco Jimenez has been servicing the Wellington and Boca Raton area as a pediatric dentist since 1995. He graduated from our nations highest ranked NYU Dental School and did his residency in pediatrics in the well known Brooklyn Jewish Hospital. Dr. Jimenez lead the pediatric program of residents at the VA hospital through the public heath dept. for several years which the dental residents did their pediatric training through him. Dr. Jimenez also was the first pedodontist to have privileges at Palms West Hospital in Wellington in which he tended to all the dental emergencies for many years and sat with all the pediatricians that served in the hospital in their monthly quality review meetings. Dr. Jimenez also volunteered for many years at the Caridad Clinic and the public health department to assist with underprivileged communities with scarce sources for their dental needs. He felt that as a hispanic descendant it was his duty to help his community and others with limited financial resources and much needed dental heath needs.

Dr. Jimenez comes from a dental family. His grandfather graduated from Georgetown University and was his dentist throughout his childhood. His older brother is a dentist and so were three of his uncles. It was his great dental experiences with his grandfather that prompted him to spread and foment his joyful experiences about going to the dentist in contrast to the overall general attitude and perception from the general public as to what is perceived to be a scary and painful experience to go to the dentist. Dr. Jimenez is a member of the American Society of Dentistry for Children.

Our doctor is a family man himself. His wife’s name is Aimee and they are raising four children together. He is bilingual, speaking both Spanish and English and he is an all-around professional as well as a friendly pediatric dentist.
